Taro Painting Services provides residential and commercial painting services in the Spokane Valley, Washington area. By requesting an estimate or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

 

2. SMS / Text Messaging Program

By providing your phone number when booking an estimate or requesting our services, you agree to receive text messages from Taro Painting Services. Our messaging program includes:

  • Appointment confirmations and scheduling information

  • Appointment reminders (24-hour and day-of)

  • Project status updates and notifications

  • Review requests following completed projects

 

Message frequency varies. Customers typically receive 3 to 6 messages per project depending on appointment and project status.

 

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for rate information.

 

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

 

Opting out of text messages does not cancel any scheduled services or appointments. Please contact us directly to manage your appointment.

6. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Taro Painting Services are based on a walkthrough of the project scope and are subject to change if the scope of work changes. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal prior to project commencement.

 

7. Appointments

By scheduling an estimate, you agree to be available at the confirmed date, time, and address. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance at (509) 530-1391.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taro Painting Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or communications.

 

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spokane County, Washington.
